For orders under $100, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied. Express and next-day shipping options come at an additional cost, which will be shown to you during checkout.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping for our customers worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the country of delivery, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Aura and Satch is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your handbags to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos and send them to us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will review the situation and arrange for a return or exchange based on the circumstances.
Return and Exchange Policy

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and must not have been used or damaged.
